I find it strange this gets so little interest. Perhaps I should have titled it differently.

In the history of this nation, we have killed an untold number of Imperial Japanese, Nazis, Fascists, Commies, guerrillas, terrorists, miscellaneous and sundry “others” and never have any of them been able to deny a single American the most fundamental of rights - voting. Then along come these latter day republicans...

A case could be made that we've been fighting the wrong peoples all this time.

the people conducting the study were the "Presidential Commission on Election Administration."

So there's your problem right there. It has the word Presidential in there. DOA
