Cook 1/3 lb of bulk chorizo sausage until almost done. Add 4 chopped celery stalks, 1/4 lb hedgehog mushrooms, and additional fat if needed, and sautee until celery is done. Deglaze pan with sherry. Add 1.5 lb shredded meat from a goat shoulder roast, 1 qt beef-and-onion broth, and three cubed potatoes that have been roasting in the oven after being tossed with olive oil and herbes-de-Provence. Mmm.

Considering that it was basically "Leftover Surprise," riffing on the little dribs and drabs of what was in the fridge, it is pretty amazing.
