Pretty compelling expose by Frontline on the NFL and player concussions. This documentary tells the story from the beginning with the initial discovery of brain disease found in Mike Webster all the way through the almost 800 million dollar settlement recently with the players.

Highly recommend.

Playing football is a bit like joining the military. Good chance of injury. Just like when we send people to war, part of the war funding should be aimed at the wounded who come home, some of the NFL money should be aimed at the injuries.

The difference is when you join the military you know that people could be shooting at you. On the other hand the NFL was telling it's players and the public for years that there was no connection between football and brain injuries when they knew otherwise.

And yet defensive lineman are not quitting those big hits while they take their big salaries...

A judge has suspended the settlement?
