Or did you want the one for a roller-reefed sail? This one's from Davey's in the UK --

I've not used one of these, but I understand it's comparatively simple to roll it up inside the reefed sail inadvertently.

Bristol Bronze makes an assortment of bronze boom bails for both round and square booms. Have a look at the illustrations in their catalog, which can be downloaded as an Adobe PDF file:

They're in part 2 of the catalog, on page 19.

Pert Lowell also lists one with their bronze hardware, but they don't give any specs or illustrations online -- you'd have to call or write for more details.

This may not be appropriate, but a soft eye strop will do the job just as well.
