In commemoration of sweet Claudia. This thread is for her many friends here.

I for one, remember her sweet and beautiful birthday cakes to forum members.

What do you remember? Share a memory.....

I remember Margo's vigil and the many expressions of caring she received from members of this Forum.

I'm pretty sure that her birthday is tomorrow (28th), but any remembrance, any kindness expressed to a loved one or to a stranger, would be a great way to honor her memory.

Peace.

Claudia and I share(d) this date and frequently communicated on our birthdays. Thanks for putting this up, Spin. I've been thinking of her for a couple of days as my/our birthday neared.

Cheeses! I thought there was something wrong with the tense of the post title but quickly realised it was not wrong at all after reading through. Some digging around lead me to Gareth's thread about Claudia and Margo's absolutely heroic devotion during Claudia's passing this past August. What a terribly sad ending.

Spinner asked to"share a memory". Well, I recall how she drove some of the guys wild, with doubt and speculation, when she began posting, especially the wild man Dingo, and then gained instant creds with her working along side Margo and the restoration project. Then there was the happy news of how David Gage and Claudia tied the knot, forever breaking the hearts of all the boys there after. OH...and Claudia kept right on impressing too when both her and David acquired Spirit and began the long tedious job of making her new again. I remember envying David for having such a dedicated hands on helper/partner.

I can only hope David has/can find the peace and strength to carry on while his beloved waits for him to join her in her ride around the sun.
