Just about all the other states are rather nervous to say the least and I suspect this will go all the way to the top of our legal tree.

Some legal opinion already says that the laws are not sustainable, and that once enacted could be extended by regulation to any group a government didn't like.

Always has been, it was a sort of police state under Joh, albeit a corrupt one.
