Never laid eyes on it until now. I think I would like to sail on it.

Looks great, reminds me of some of the places I've been in S.E. Alaska. I did a little research, seems as though Pitt Lake is the largest "tidal" lake in the world. The Pitt River, which drains the lake, feeds into the Fraser River at a point where when it's high tide here in the PNW the Pitt River flows backwards. Sounds more than just interesting. This deserves further investigation! Annie and I were planning a ski trip to Blackcomb to do some glacier skiing in a couple of weeks. A little side trip to Pitt Lake wouldn't be too far out of the way. I'll see if she is game.
