What a week...

SWMBO jr leaves tomorrow to start her adventures at Bates College...

I spent three days talking about nothing, and the best ways to get it, at a customer.

I finally sold my 87 GTI 16-valve today.

On top of Zach, we're now foster parenting five kittens...

My sister's best childhood friend died of a stroke. What a shock, a wonderful person. That put an end to any sort of progress (I did do some clean up).

Best of congrats to SWMBO and good luck! And sorry to hear about your sister's friend. I'm sure there are good memories to be shared.

Ah, the GTI 16v is a great car, lots of fun and way ahead of its time, but all things must pass. I really liked it when they put two of those engines together, and called it an Audi 3.6 V8 Quattro! The wife still drives one, a bit of a beast.

Hearing of Bates makes me miss New England, especially since Fall is well on its way, and I too am way behind in this life. Congradulations to you and your daughter- good work! Bowdoin '77.

Sorry to hear about your wife's friend. :(

Good luck to your daughter, and with the kitties.

Cooler weather is coming up, should make it nice to work on the boat!

Hey Ed, hope things start looking up for you by the end of the week. Sorry to hear of your sister's friend's passing.....we never know who, when, or where, I guess. Lewiston is not so far from Woodville that you can't see SWMBO jr once in a while! Fall and Spring are lovely times on the Bates campus. Hope your daughter has a great time there!

Sorry about your loss, Ed. Some things DO matter--- a lot...

Best wishes to the frosh.

No more beanies or shoe dates, I'm sure. But there is a dorm with its own atrial waterfall.

Alan
