It should be legal, regulated, and taxed instead. In some ways we are such prudes.

I hear Heidi Fleiss is opening up a Nevada brothel, FWIW.

Very brave of the police, but if they wan't to arrest someone try the customers. Oops, they were the 'customers'. Sounds like entrapment to me, and isn't the US all for free enterprise and business initiative making use of ones natural talent in the open market anyhow?

Since this thread started as a commentary on prostitution, and evolved into a thread about locking stuff up, perhaps a discussion of chastity belts might be in order.

I wouldn't pay for either one.
I'd decline a freebe too.

Um, Phillip, just what were you looking for when you found this?

Don't know what Phillip's reasons were but I find it ironic that the laws are mostly made by men, the gender that supplies the demand and feeds the crime empires that exist only because it is illegal. The shriller the denunciations the closer you should look at the person making them.

Yes, that's why I asked the question about Phillip's manhunt. I wonder if he'll tell us whether his manhunt involvement has anything to do with the shrill denunciations of police?

I suppose the reason for the laws was either religion or to control disease... I don't claim to know though

Maybe these young ladies didn't have much else in the way of marketable skills. It was Arkansas after all.

I suspect that the need for cash (untaxed, BTW) is the driving force for a lot of them
