I think that's my favorite new design in many years. Makes the new 'vette look like Snooki on an off day.

I like the comment about it being a tarted up Dodge Magnum...

Sheesh.... what's wrong with bringing the piccies here?

btw, I reckon the grille's too big and that numberplate looks stupid there. Thin it down, numberplate underneath

Aston has done so well over the last decade with their styling....had to end some time. Or to put it another way, on the page Gerarddm linked to there is an ad for a Ford Focus, not much different between the designs to my eye and both equally unappealing.

Looks like Lew bought his wagon one day too soon. . .

looks better than some of the other supercar estate efforts out there, but still think it's a waste of time and money. If you can afford to buy and run an AM then you can guy a ford estate to tuck your gear around in too.

Looks like someone at Hyundai tried to emulate the Chrysler Crossfire.

I think BF may have a point. I'd accept a slight slimming of the gaping grill - to accomodate more elegantly the licence plate. Other than that... I absolutely love it. I'd also accept it joyously just as is!!!

You need to have something stylish to take the shopping from Herrod's back to the flat in. The sad thing for so many of these custom one-offs is they simply rot, never driven. See: Prince Jeffri's car collection http://jalopnik.com/5781765/the-sultan-of-bruneis-rotting-supercar-collection this is to me, doubly sad, because the money that many of these used to acquire said luxury goods isn't really "theirs" - it was born of the brunt of their people (Brunei, various African kleptocrats, Russian oligarchs who stole assets from the state)

Glickenhaus uses his custom Pininfarina-designed Ferrari P4/P5, I believe... http://budd.bundy.free.fr/les%20vraies/612%20P4.html

That Aston shooting brake would look a bit better with a DB9 front end, I guess... but I still like it. For that matter, I like the Ferrari FF, too. And the old Volvo P1800ES.

I have a thing for sport wagons.

You like the M5 Touring?

It's OK. I suppose if somebody gave me one I wouldn't kick it out of bed. ;-)

Champagne taste, beer budget: I drive a VW Jetta Sportwagen TDi. Ah well.

[QUOTE=Gerarddm;3711191]It's OK. I suppose if somebody gave me one I wouldn't kick it out of bed. ;-)

It is much too conspicuous, ostentatious, panders for attention and shows lack of good breeding. It is a bounder and does not know its place. No, we would not have one.

The M5 or the Aston? I was referring to the M5.
