I'm doing a very simple menu this year. Baked ham glazed with a bourbon sauce, mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, green bean casserole (my favorite holiday food ever), sweet potato casserole (my wife's favorite), home made biscuits, and Bavarian buttered egg noodles.

What is green mayonaise? If my Mayonaise turns green I won't even open the jar.
Another question: What are you calling capsicum? I used to work for a pepper processing plant and in the lab they would extract the pure capsicum oil - a single drop of pure capsicum could cause a whole room full of white boys to burst into flames.
Are these guests people you don't especially like? :)

Capsicum red bell peppers I think you call em.
green mayonnaise , home made mayo with various fresh herbs chopped fine, like Dill, tarragon, basil, yummy with cold eggs.

I doubt I'll eat any brunch with having gorged already...Dinner, midnight snacks, the breakfast. If I ate brunch, I wouldn't be able to get out of a low chair.:)
