Had a brief visit at this museum located at West Sayville NY and took the following images.

JD, I was just there last Tuesday for the first time. Did you get a photo of that 16' 1/2" Brig that is in the old hanger? I didn't have a camera with me or I would have taken one of that for sure.

If my senior memory serves it was called "Two Brothers" and built originally to train two of the younger Isbrasten line brothers in sail handling. :cool:
I was tempted to trim the setting of the main top sail and t gallants but kept my fingers on the camera instead. :rolleyes:

Thanks JD. That's the one! I got a kick out of the 15-20 four-inch belaying pins. I wonder how it sailed.

They're having a Halloween party at the museum tonight. They're going to torch an old Chris Craft as part of the celebration.
