Hi All,
I finally have all my frames and stem permanently installed. Also, I have the first layer of the keel in place.

Outstanding :D
You may, however, consider renaming your post. Use of the "m" word has been known to awaken sleeping gods such as the ones that control honey-do lists, unexpected visits from family and friends, tool loss and/or failure, and the always lurking 'oh crap, I didn't see that in the plans' deity. :D Seriously ;)

Geeze Bob, now I know why you didn't come to Mystic, or to the Maine Boat-builders' show - you hang out and work on your project LOL. No wonder you've made all that progress - I should take a lesson ;)
Looks great. Nice set-up too.

Thanks Everyone smile.gif
I did go to the boat builders show in Maine though... I had to go on Friday.
I ended up having lunch with Greg Rossel. (Author: Building Small Boats)
I'm taking fundamentals of boatbuilding in July with him at Woodenboat School. It was a real treat. Can't wait until the class..

39 Clamps holding the second lamination of the keel in place while the epoxy sets.
Note: I really like the Bessy Tradesman clamps for boat building. I'll be getting more of them!
Take Care.
