You know Paul, this is one of the best innovations in the Bilge that I've seen. Granted, I've only been here a little more than a year or so, but your efforts are appreciated. Keep it up!

It's not bad enough JB's First Sailing Day thread has grown a life of it's own, you have to torment us here too?

You're just evil!

Blustery, damp, grey... a little achy after a brisk workout at the gym. It's a good day to fill the firewood closet, build a fire and read a good book, or drool at low freeboard cutters in quiet coves.

Sailin is good for the soul but I feel the need, the need for speed.

Wow! Someone actually looked at that boat and thought "red would be a good color for the canvas."

Hey Paul, looking at your quote from RLS reminded me that Equator is here in my hometown, and stiil sitting in a shed with no plans for the future. I just stopped the other day to check it out. It's been a fixture here so long you tend to ignore it.

Thats a nice surprise for a saturday morning. We've just been away for 4 days and snuck home last evening before a batch of nasty weather arrived(its here now). Yeah thats moi on the back of Waione in about '85?. I had no idea it was being taken but its in Whangaruru harbour up North.
Wasn't a bad plan really... Be blond and thin, catch girl, go mousy brown and get fat. Now its grey.
