Some crossovers just don't work for me. :D. Fine playing and all, but the tone isn't quite "mix and match" in my ears at least.

I'm liking these guys though, not really pure blue grass, but a nice cross between blue grass and contemporary Irish music.

That's better. Helps that bluegrass itself has Irish roots.

If you want to improve a Bluegrass Band, shoot the banjo player. In that piece they all sound banjoish.
