I keep hearing about the Church of Ladder Day Saints....
I assume that they're the ones that actually did the painting of the Cistern chapel ceiling..... But when is it?.... I can't find it anywhere on my ecumenical calendar.....

Leave it to a liberal Jew with a bumper car fetish to muddy up the waters!

Googling 'ladder days' returns this movie synopsis.

A promiscuous gay party animal falls for a young Mormon missionary, leading to crisis, cliché, and catastrophe.

I'm gonna skip it myself, although you may enjoy it lefty. . .

Think they had anything to do with the ladders at Bath Abbey?

It's about the British space programme, The Goon show, season 3, April 1953. Using 2 ladders to get to the moon. (You just pull the bottom one up and put it on top, easy):d

You could ask her:

She's a Saint and she has a ladder--and it's yes, day.

Does this help any?

Man I got SO shutter-happy in Bath!

(and this was pre-digital, when the processing of a roll of film cost four pints!)

Personally I prefer the patron saint of ups and downs, St Francis of a seesaw.
