From SWMBO:

"Most people have worked with wood at some point, either in a grade-school shop class or while building a boat for a family in need of a boat. Next time you're cutting and drilling tree meat, follow these safety precautions:

Eye protection is important, so look away whenever you're cutting wood with a big saw.
Wear appropriate pants, which is just any pair that can't be easily penetrated by a drill bit.
Never cut toward your exposed arms unless you're pretty sure skin is stronger than blade.
Eat a big meal beforehand because, as somebody might have said, "you can't spell 'safety' without also having the letters to spell 'feast.'"
Always be prepared for an emergency by having one of those dogs that carries a first-aid kit around its neck and is trained to run toward the sound of screams."

Bad idea. You'll never get your fingers out of the dogs mouth if you can't use both hands..........
