The Olympia Wooden Boat Fair is coming up, May 10-11. At the Percival Landing in downtown Olympia. Saturday 10-6, Sunday 11-5. I intend to go. Anyone else? Shall we make a rendezvous?
I had to do some serious digging to find the above information, the fair doesn't have the connection and publicity that Port Townsend's has. But hey, boats and water. And not a two-hour drive. Well, not for me smile.gif
Hope to see some folks there~

Barrett,
I may have to try and come down to this show. Could you tell me where you got the information for this show? I'll have to talk to my wife. We were planning on going down to visit my parents in Kelso sometime in May (we're comming from Bellingham) so we may have to plan it to be for that weekend. Thanks for shareing, i would have never known about the show otherwise.
Thanks again,
Wingnut

Capt. Jake,
thank you. I did a search and found some information. I hope i can make it to this show. If i do make it down there, what boat will you have there, so i will know what to look for. Will you also be going to the Port Townsend boat festival? I'm going to attend that one and Hopefully have my boat there too (i wasn't sure i'd have her completed enough to enter her, but for as fast as things have been comming together lately i should be o.k.) Thanks again for the information.

Well,
it doesn't look like i'm going to be able to make it to this boat show. It just doesn't work with my schedule nor w/ my parents. You guys and gals will have to enjoy the show for me. Thanks for all the information. I'll make sure to keep this in mind for next year. Have fun at the show.

I'll be out of town (on my honeymoon :D ) during the Oly show but will be getting back on the 19th. If you're going to be around during that next week, maybe we can put something together. I won't be very good at checking tosee what's up as I'm doing last minute readiness stuff now, but I've thought it was about time for another get together. I'd love to meet Barrett and the Cap'n.
