GOT Ladderframes for the Shellback?

Am about to join the ranks of first time builders and like many have selected the 11'2" Shellback Dinghy. I'm building from plans not the kit. Anyone have the ladderframes laying around unused? No problem making them but would rather re-use than re-make.

I built a shellback several years ago. Its a great dinghy - rows well and tows while sailing well. I did my ladderback as a pair of 2x4s screwed to cross pieces and to a pair of sawhorses. I then built up from that. It wasn't as neat as the one shown in WoodenBoat but it was easy to build.
