Spot the mistake, and guess who will not be home in time for tea?

Still not as bad as traffic bollards shaped like children!

Looks a bit photoshopped to me...all the ones on the left show clearly the shape of the tile under the bollard...the one behind the van...????

Yes , but why on the PC WBF is it considered OK to disparage the Irish? Wait maybe Mitt's got some Irish in the wood pile?? That must be it! Carry on!

Well the world has piled on the Irish for hundreds of years and we've survived... Don't even have to eat potatoes everyday anymore.

We all end up at the butt of someone's joke eventually.

Cheers,

Bobby

Why does the OP hate the Irish?

The foto was taken at Belfast Hospital, where I was born, My Mother was born, my sisters were born.
It was sent to me on Face Book by an Irish (Rep) freind.

I eat potatoes most every day, I'm not thick. Luckily I'm not too sensitive either.

So, an Southern Irish guy sends a photo to another guy born in Northern Ireland, with some guys in it that the original Irish guy thought were Irish and he thought it was funny.
The second guy, born in Belfast, posts it to a forum full of peeps he thinks are mates to share the joy, and.... Gets called an Irish hater.
Ok, thats P effin C gone nipples up.

What's gone tango uniform is how people simply pass on internet falsehoods when checks are so readily available, and how they don't share the laugh when they are exposed as having been suckers but instead find some fatuous self-justification. Only sanctimonious wimps can't admit to being wrong.

You are a bit over sensitive and you have a crap memory for places.:D

The Royal Victoria does have the same sort of bollards though.

I used Street View in Google Maps, who needs Snopes? Mere amateurs, go to the original source.

Some of us are aether-literate and some of us are not but atleast know how to second-hand verify. Thing of it: Most of what we "know" is second hand anyway.

To be fair to Snopes, I used their lead to take me to the location in Google Maps, which confirmed the street corner. As to Belfast Victoria, there are not that many Hospitals in the center of Belfast that could have bought the Varadero clan into the world. I know Bing is popular in the States but I do find the Street View function in Google useful.

Photoshopped and around the net for at LEAST six years (I saw it as a restaurant in Belfast, next to the river, completely different surroundings...) but ALWAYS identified as Irish workers.

Remember, God invented whisky so the Irish should not rule the world.
