The social media revolution marches on to establish Sharia at home and abroad.

TIME’s Abigail Hauslohner and the Lede blog at the New York Times have excellent run-downs of the situation. According to both, Egyptian opponents of the new president are convinced that the U.S. government is sending billions of dollars directly to the Muslim Brotherhood and that the Obama administration has a secret pro-Islamist agenda.

Those are serious charges and it’s hard to understand why Egyptian Christians could believe them … unless you’ve been listening to Bachmann and other American conservatives lately. Bachmann and four other House colleagues recently demanded an investigation into what they call the Muslim Brotherhood’s “deep penetration” into the Obama administration, claiming that five federal agencies contain Muslim Brotherhood agents.

One Egyptian-American Christian who met with Clinton during her stay even cited statements by Bachmann as the evidence behind his concerns.

On Twitter, a Wall Street Journal reporter asked an Egyptian blogger about her claim that the U.S. was sending billions of dollars to the Muslim Brotherhood – she pointed him first to an article on Lucianne Goldberg’s site, and then to a radio show with noted Islamophobe Frank Gaffney and retired American general Jerry Boykin, who yesterday was announced as a new vice president at the Family Research Council. When the reporter pointed out that Gaffney and Boykin produced no evidence for their claims, the Egyptian blogger insisted that a high-ranking U.S. military officer wouldn’t just make something up. Of course not.

We all know Michelle Bachmann, ha ha. If you've forgotten Major General Boykin:

CBS News Correspondent David Martin reports Boykin has shown church groups photos he took of Mogadishu with black slashes in the sky which he says did not come from any defect in the camera or film.

"Whether you understand it or not, it is a demonic spirit over the city of Mogadishu. Ladies and gentlemen, that's not a fake, that's not a farce," Boykin said.

"We are hated because we are a nation of believers. "If you go back and look at the history of our nation, you will find that we are a nation founded on faith," Boykin said. "Read what the writers of our Constitution said and you will understand why Satan hates this nation.

The military is infested with dangerous wild eyed lunatics like Boykin. Very, very dangerous. People like that should not be allowed near triggers or firing buttons.

What a shame for the Chimp Squad that Libya has not elected an Islamist party.

Hm. Boykin is a black-ops guy, from the Delta Force. Highlights of his career include being the mission commander during the fiasco in Mogadisho (Black Hawk Down), but he seems to have been a part of a LOT of US undercover operations.

Anyone who calls Bush a Chimp is a liar.

This in accordance with the Ljb5 line of thought.

Because obviously, Bush was not a chimpanzee.

They are trying to bait Conservatives to saying something about Obama then they can verify a charge of Racism and forget about their evil attacks and "parody's"..

Good job putting it right back on them.

Oh! I just found out that Bachmann is talking about Huma Abedin as the agent of the Muslim Brotherhood in the State Department.

ROFL -- Huma Abedin is married to Anthony Weiner, that schmuck of a New York Jew with unfortunate twitting habits :-) Agent of Muslim Brotherhood, indeed :-D :-D

By slinging hash, finding amusement in doctored photos, exposing their death wishes on the forum, some on the left exhibits their desperate sick efforts to regain their grip on reality.

What a shame for the Chimp Squad that Libya has not elected an Islamist party.

. . . yet. There's still Egypt and maybe Syria, in the near term. The entire middle east, at any time, potentially. The Global War On Terror marches on. The Chimp Squad having ridden to power once is not going to let it go. So, bottom line, whatever happens for the rest of Obama's term, it proves he's bad. No Islamist regime, he's trying to bring it into existence. If there is an Islamist regime, he allowed it to occur if he didn't bring it about himself.

This has direct, strategic effects on America's relations with other countries. The Chimp Squad accuses the President of secret collusion with Islamists in order to bring about Sharia rule in the United States, i.e. treason.

And he's a professional Baptist and a Director of the Family Research Council and now this. Quite a resume, top-drawer Chimp Squad.

Yes, and did you notice the highly enthusiastic drummer called Barack Obama?

You boys are funny. W brought about Arab Spring, due to the Clinton lapse. B.Hussein is marching in step with the same MIC strings attached. The politics of re-election demand it. Christian Religion demands it. Oil addiction demands it. Do you ride a bicycle Osborne?

Your pitiful straw man. Obama exercises the powers the Chimp Squad insisted that the President have when the Chimp was President.

The Romney connection, or, everything's up to date in Chimp Squad City:

Perkins urges Romney to pick outspoken abortion critic in private meeting

Family Research Council president Tony Perkins urged Mitt Romney in a private meeting yesterday to select a running mate who has been outspoken against abortion.

http://www.politico.com/blogs/burns-haberman/2012/07/perkins-urges-romney-to-pick-outspoken-abortion-critic-129207.html

Perkins hired Boykin. Romney checks with Perkins on who to pick for VP. Boykin would be a logical choice.

The Obama administration has undermined our nation’s security and increased the risk to those who serve by systematically using our nation’s military to advance a liberal social agenda,” FRC President Tony Perkins said in announcing Boykin’s appointment on Monday (July 16).

Boykin first came to national attention in 2003 when it was revealed that the decorated battlefield veteran then serving as a top adviser at the Pentagon under President George W. Bush regularly told church audiences that the post-9/11 “war on terror” was a spiritual battle between Muslims and “Christian America.”

In one talk, Boykin recounted how he pursued a Muslim warrior in Somalia who claimed he had Allah on his side. “I knew that my God was bigger than his,” Boykin told the church in Daytona Beach, Fla., in 2002. “I knew that my God was a real God and his was an idol.”

Bush — who Boykin once claimed was “appointed by God” — and top military leaders distanced themselves from Boykin’s remarks. A subsequent investigation found that Boykin had violated three minor Pentagon rules but he was allowed to stay on, retiring in 2007. Boykin stressed that he was expressing his own views as a born-again Christian and not administration policy.

No, that would be your man Romney. He's the one that met with the guy that hired Boykin to discuss picking the VP. Like the guy said in The Shawshank Redemption, don't be obtuse.

Or prove me wrong. Find some Obama talking about the Global War on Terror and filling the government with Jesus Jumpers so we'll know you didn't just make it up out of reflexive false equivalence.

Find some Obama talking about the Global War on Terror ...

That wouldn't be too hard. But better yet, Obama doesn't just talk -- he actually sends out drones to assassinate people. And did you notice how he asserts the right to assassinate anyone he designates an "enemy combatant", US citizens included?

Of course Obama is the Alpha Chimp.

He expanded the "war of necessity", kept Gitmo open, and as Ozzy pointed out, maintained all the powers of the Bush Presidency and now is running a negative ad campaign for reelection.

I don't think O has enough lift in his tail to be an alpha. He has made many mistakes listening to his Generals, instead of acting himself or taking Joe's advice, but he did single handedly kill OBL according to bilge lefty legend.

As I remember the Arab spring was wonderful until the Egyptians had the temerity to elect a Muslim government and obviously that kind of thing can't be allowed . Back to the army, ever reliable and with such correct attitudes to democracy.

The West quietly applauded from the shadows and sent more guns.
