and Spanish ones too. Greece 700,000,000 in 10 days, Spain over 1 billion and the National banks share price has plunged 25% in 10 days.

Some Russians have a far more serious view on what will happen:
"A shocking Russian Finance Ministry (http://www.minfin.ru/ru/) report prepared for Prime Minister Putin is warning today that massive liquidity runs on American and European financial institutions over the past fortnight are in danger of collapsing the entire global economic system leaving war as the only“option” for the West to use to protect itself from complete obliteration."

Here in Aus the mining boom shows definite signs of slowing if only because of a shortage of development funds for extraction infrastructure. It aint over yet.

War, as the only option. Yup, it'll be an interesting decade.

Jeesh, the Russians love that saber rattling doom and gloom. Christ, they are SO boring. I didn't see us go to DefCon1 during the 2008 meltdown, did you? This kind of 'analysis' should get people fired. I wonder if Putin takes them seriously.

Meanwhile, in Greece... I'd get my money out if I was a Greek, and wait to see what happens with the next governmental election soon.
