My local library has a few copies of the Ideal Series. I haven't looked at them much so if you can be specific as to what you are looking for I can check next time I'm there and make copies if they have what you want.

I am currently trying to get permission from Hearst Magazines to reprint the entire series. I have been acquiring some of them over the past year. No word yet but I'm still hopeful. If I am successful I will issue them about six to eight a year. They are not an easy production to do.

Pascale,

I've prepared a little CARE package for you. Start looking to your mailbox in a week or so.

I am curious as to what sort of French-based runabouts come from that same period of time. We had our Hackers and Chris Craft, the British had all sorts of craft on the Thames and such (e.g., slipper launches). So what was on the Seine or Loire?

I have begun collecting these great books and was wondering if anyone has the complete list of titles. Doug Wilde's list is the most complete that I have seen but some are missing. Specifically, I'm trying to find the titles of volumes- 21,31,35,39,44,and 50. Also, does anyone know how many they published. Is volume 51 the last one?
Thanks,
Roger
