Synthetic dinghy standing rigging - International 14 #112

I need some standing rigging for a used, tapered, aluminum mast that I've secured for I-14 #112 and I'm considering using synthetic rope rather than stainless wire rope. Mind you, this is a 1940 ish wooden dinghy with 100-125 square feet of sail, not a modern bow-sprited I-14 with a giant, asymmetrical spinnaker.

Has anyone had experience with synthetic standing rigging or know of any knowledgable riggers in the Seattle area?
