Very curious about these craft and possible use in Pamlico Sound are for gunkholing where my big boat can't go. Looking for a nice overnighter with lady and two 10/8 year old sailors. I've seen them advertised but never sailed one.

I think it would be a perfect boat for the Pamlico Sound area, and beyond. Given your specs, I'd lean more toward the 23 or 26 ft. model. I've heard a rumor that there is a 29 in Vandemeer, NC, and there are several of varying sizes near Sarasota, FL. I last saw a 26 advertised in Wooden Boat last summer.
