At Least It Wasn't His Daughter

Redneck North Carolina dad discovers daughter's pottymouth rant on Facebook about how unreasonable her chore load at home is. And from her description, it is an unreasonable chore load. Doesn't like what he hears. Shoots her laptop, to punish the messenger.

Warning: Since this video seems to have gone crazy, I figure I'll post this notice. I'm going to read a letter my 15 year old daughter wrote. There ARE some ...

[All I can say, kid, is, your dad has anger management issues. Talk to your counselor at school about the problems at home. Keep your head down. You're coming up on 16 -- tough it out for 2 more years. Then as soon as you hit 18, head for high ground.]
“The big joke on democracy is that it gives its mortal enemies the tools to its own destruction,” Goebbels said as the Nazis rose to power—one of those quotes that sound apocryphal but are not.

The dad is big-man-on-campus in his home town, and with the local police: http://www.wtoc.com/story/16907290/d...-about-parents

    I guess it's a North Carolina thing.

What a beautiful bit of dorkdom that was.

he was angry... good liberal parents NEVER get mad... that's how you can tell who they vote for

BS!!! Average level classes is cake for normal, non-learning disabled kids. If a kid is in honors level courses that's one thing but for a 15-16 year old who is getting Cs and Bs in standard classes, work is very doable and should be required.

That father did nothing wrong, in fact he did his job and put his foot down to a disrespectful and lazy child.
In the US this perverted idea of “blood and soil” over “constitutional principles” is the most radical and anti-democratic and anti-Conservative idea I have heard in my lifetime.

as usual, lots here are making GREAT LEAPS and assumptions and there simply isn't enough evidence to do that
