Fresno/Habenero/Raspberry hot sauce (obvious: tall jars with red stuff...)
Red Onion/Raisin/Chipotle Chutney (big jars at the back)
Bacon Jam w/ Chipotle (small jars).

The chutney and jam both had dark rum in them, so it was necessary to drink some also, of course...:d

Lousy picture, but then made Shrimp, Asparagus, Rice and Toasted Ciabatta....

Last night I made Hollandaise sauce for a friend's salmon en croute and brought along some stilton soaked in port. Today I made potted shrimp, this aft I'll make pea soup with ham for dinner.

That sounds delish. I never have leftover risotto, but I think I only use 1 cup of rice. How much chicken stock?
