Recycling old Wood Boat Parts

While parusing the net looking for ideas on what to do wiuth an old boat transom, I came accross this this website: http://www.nauticalsofmarblehead.com/

It got me thinking, who else, has seen, done, or know of any neat re-use of old boat parts like these?

Please if you know of one, post a photo or two, I am looking for ideas on what to do with my transom.
