If the lawyers want to sue for copyright infringement they will be in a long line.

The makers seem to have got away with it.( Did you notice that Ronald MacDonald is finally stopped by Weight Watchers!)

That was great. And no, I don't think anyone can sue for using their logos as long as the look like the logos. Where you get in trouble is when you forget to capitalize a trademark. They have to defend it or it can become just another word in the language.

Marvelously subversive.

Edit: I've watched this at least five times now, each time you see more of the detail. Look closely at the bucket of KFC, what's in it, that one is tough, you only see it for a fraction of a second, even paused it's tough to make out. It's worth the effort, hilarious. Anyone? Anyone?

Ronald's repeated profane chant while he is shooting is also from a famous movie.

After Ronald passes Kmart he says "White trash."

Just the sound editing is worth an Oscar.

2009. 2010 was *Australian accent* "The Lost Thing". :) Not as spectacular but touching, as well as the 2008 winner, La Maison en Petit Cubes (The House of Small Cubes), both old school.
