John Welsford Design - 6 Metre Whaler

Any comments on this design? I would like to know if there's anyone who's built this one. I'm associated with Atlantic Challenge, and I've been looking at designs for a small rowing/sailing trainer. It is designed to have 6 rowing positions + instructor. In addition, it is supposed to take only 200 hours to build (sounds low to me). John Welsford, if you're lurking out there, you're welcome to comment.
