This seems like a crazy good price on what looks like a very nice little dinghy. If I had not just bought a similar one (actually not quite as crisp-looking as this one) from Craig's list a few months ago, I would not be posting this here and instead would be calling this guy. As it is, I'm tempted...

This pretty 8 ft. dinghy was custom built for the previous owner. It is in nice condition with wear showing in a few spots but still as solid as the day she was delivered. I bought the boat to tow behind my pocket trawler but have now ordered a sailing/rowing dinghy which my grandchildren will enjoy even more. The oars are solid wood and are in fine shape as are the oar locks. The previous owner used a 5 hp motor with the boat but I have not put a motor on it. It is built of fiberglass (outside) over wood. Call or email with questions.
$250 cash

You can't build it for that price.

I wouldn't think you could build it for twice that price.

I might have to call the guy after all.

In the shape that dinghy is in, if you don't want it, someone you know will... and you could make 50 for your trouble.
