    Roast Elephant Garlic.

    Not bad, surprisingly it tastes more "garlicy" than normal roast garlic.


    I wonder if it will cause me to make any trumpeting noises later.........
    We don't know how lucky we are....

          Elephant garlic has always tended towards the bland side of things... On that note, it's probably very good roasted. It certainly makes a good garlic butter.
