... with a camera.
I'll still take a side arm though... the Mary Jane harvest will be in full swing ahead of the legal deer season... probably wouldn't help any but it will make me feel a little better

I set two stands this year. Can't stalk anymore and don't know if I will be able to hunt at all later so making a point to get out this season.

Sounds like a good time Phillip. Not as messy, and no need to pack out deer meat. ;)

Becca is excited to go deer hunting this year. I'll be home during the best part of the season, so we should have a good time.

Do you suppose the deer sitting seventh row center can tell the difference between a Remington .380 and a Winchester 30-06? ;)

What's a Remington .380?

Dear Phillip. You can think about it all you want, but I want to see some pictures, or it didn't happen. :);)

He must have meant 308.I'm thinking the liberal wheenie (as chuck might have said) has no idea what he's talking about. Either that or he's flaming Phillip.;):d

Phillip, Get out there while you can. So much has changed in my life since you was here. I still remember what you ask me that day. If we were to do it over I guess I would have to give a different answer.

Proof is in the pudding Wart...You never mention anything about farming. Nothing about your past. Actually, nothing at all. As fat as anyone here knows, you live in a condo. Prove me wrong..

Prove me wrong..He's written enough to convince me that he has a similar John Deere to mine.

He seems to speak fondly of his geese and ducks.

Try a game/trail camera. That will take care of all that walking around nonsense. :)

Seriously, they are entertaining if you've got critters around. I keep one (thinking of getting another) around my place. Back in July/August I hadn't checked it for about three weeks and was surprised to find a bunch of video of elk and one of a mountain lion. I've got still shots of lions before but this was the first video. The elk were only surprising because I thought they had left for the high country in June but apparently were still around well into July. Wolves are probably changing their behavior patterns. I just heard some elk squealing a couple days ago for the first time this Fall so they are back again.
