Not 'of' Petraeus, but 'from'. He's been an unusually publicly vocal general, the only one in recent memory with as much 'celebrity' as he has been Colin Powell and even he didn't really hit his stride until he became a civilian. But, most administrations, including this one, like our CIA and its directory to be quite a bit more circumspect than he has been since since becoming commander of the Multi-National Security Transition Command Iraq in 2004.

They'll put him on a couple boards of MIC Corporations and that will buy him out.
