Colean

I've got 32 feet of laid decks and re-seamed them about a year ago (read as "painful"). Noticed a handful of spots where the seam compound is pulling away from the wood (read as "depressing"). I've heard/seen this uber-product called Colean from Europe and I'm considering using it to end the deck-leak headaches for good. Any thoughts/experience out there with this product(can't find an existing thread on this topic)? How does it hold up to years of use and UV? Application hints?
