If you don't have a commitment on Internet, tv, or phone service, find out what the competition will offer you to switch. Call your current provider and ask for customer retention, tell them you are thinking of changing service providers to save money, they will give you you a discount. The discounts will expire after 6 months or a year so you have to repeat as necessary. 15 Minutes of your time can save you real money every month. spend it on your boat!

Here's a better idea: eliminate the TV service. You'll save more and your brain will start working better, too. :D
