So how many do you have installed on your PC and what is the order of preference?

I have four and here they are in order.

Chrome
Firefox
Opera
Internet Exploer

I have two.
Firefox and IE.
Since I loaded Firefox I haven't turned on IE.
So much better.

Jack (Ish) has several browsers in his yard.
They're deer.
Just thought I'd throw that in:rolleyes:

I use four. safari, firefox, chrome and explorer. Web sites are optimized for different browsers. To test a few web sites I support I need them all. explorer is quite poor but is still the most universal.

Chrome. It's good enough. I think IE is still there somewhere.

forefox and IE. i use firefox for 99% of everything but the web based program i use for work only displays properly in IE, and no plans to fix it so i'm stuck. (i also use mobile safari on my iphone and like it as well)

How do you deal with all of the advertisement that inundates IE, Norman, or any other users? Do you pay for the subscription for the equivalent of AdBlock, which is free and the principal reason for me in using Firefox.

Firefox for ad-free browsing, and the usual suspects for testing purposes.

Safari and Firefox.

Our threshold of of what we consider inundation must be different. I do not see any advertisement at all and like it that way.

Yep. Also interesting is the option of being notified when websites attempt to track your browsing history.

Firefox is my main browser, mainly because I'm so familiar with all the options and features. For a while I used OmniWeb, which is very good, but I moved back to Firefox because of some small detail, same with Safari. I should give the latest version a try, though.

I have also tried Opera, Camino and iCab, but I never really saw the point of those. I haven't tried Chrome because I haven't moved up from 10.4 until now, but I don't know if I'll bother.

So how many do you have installed on your PC and what is the order of preference?
Disregard my post if you wish.

OS X
Chrome

I should install Lynx (http://lynx.isc.org/) somewhere, just for fun...

I guess that was just a slip, I meant computer and in my haste I typed PC because other than being short for Patrol Cap, I thought it was short for Personal Computer and didn't think about it being specifically tied to Windows.

I have to use IE at work and most of the military web sites are geared for IE. Otherwise it is Chrome, Firefox on the phone.
