The U.S. Monetary System And Descent Into Fascism An Interview With Dr. Edwin Vieira
The following interview with Dr. Vieira was conducted in early June of 2011 for the subscribers of The Casey Report (http://www.caseyresearch.com/crpmkt/crpSolo.php?id=231&ppref=ZHB231ED0611B) – but after careful consideration, we decided that the content is so important; it needs to be shared with a wider audience. Feel free to pass it along.

The Casey Report

For more than thirty years, Edwin Vieira, Jr., has practiced law, with emphasis on constitutional issues. In the Supreme Court of the United States, he successfully argued or briefed the cases leading to the landmark decisions Abood v. Detroit Board of Education, Chicago Teachers Union v. Hudson, and Communications Workers of America v. Beck, which established constitutional and statutory limitations on the uses to which labor unions, in both the private and the public sectors, may apply fees extracted from nonunion workers as a condition of their employment.
He has written numerous monographs and articles in scholarly journals, and lectured throughout the county. His most recent work on money and banking is the two-volume Pieces of Eight: The Monetary Powers and Disabilities of the United States Constitution (2002), the most comprehensive study in existence of American monetary law and history viewed from a constitutional perspective.
He is also the co-author (under a nom de plume) of the political novel CRA$HMAKER: A Federal Affaire (2000), a not-so-fictional story of an engineered crash of the Federal Reserve System, and the political upheaval it causes.
His latest book is: How to Dethrone the Imperial Judiciary... and Constitutional "Homeland Security," Volume One, The Nation in Arms.
We first met Dr. Vieira at our Casey Research Boca Raton Summit and were sufficiently impressed to want to hear more, and to share more, of his work with readers of The Casey Report.

DAVID: Before kicking things off, I’d refer readers to Dr. Vieira’s in-depth and excellent paper, "A Cross of Gold," as that provides a more detailed analysis on how the corrupt U.S. monetary system might transition into something more honest and effective.
Getting started, from a big-picture perspective, technically speaking, is the current U.S. monetary system actually constitutional?
EDWIN: Well, technically speaking, factually speaking, legally speaking, no. In a word, no.

It's a very good read but I am sure the authority lovers here will not bear with it long. As far as Obama is concerned he is a puppet. One must look for his puppet masters. Some found them in St. Moritz earlier. :)

More Americans filed for jobless benefits last week, with new claims rising to 429,000 as businesses remained cautious on hiring amid a stalling recovery.
Initial filings rose 9,000 in the week ending June 18 from the previous week's upwardly revised 420,000, according to the labour department. Economists surveyed by Bloomberg had expected claims to tick up to 415,000 from the originally reported 414,000. The less volatile four-week moving average of claims was unchanged at 426,250.

New US home sales fell 2.1 percent in May, the US Commerce Department said Thursday, indicating that the weak housing market was still weighing down the world's largest economy.
Sales of new, single-family homes were estimated at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 319,000 in May, down from the revised April figure of 326,000, the Commerce Department said in a monthly report.

every day its more obvious that the wheels are starting to come off but people just turn on the mets game or so you think you can dance and hope it all goes away.

all it takes is looking at the condition of the roads in most parts of the country and imagining what it would take monetarly to get them back in shape, while knowing the debt level of most states and the federal government that it just aint going to happen. were well on our way to being a 3rd world country

Well, it appears you are pointing out that the current HOR is not fixing things pronto, so I ask, if the current HOR is on your hook, why is the last version getting a pass?

I don't know, seems the more the plan filters in, the more holes are found, time will tell If your right. As for me, one man one vote, I'll deal with whatever happens,. I'm taking a long trip to Norway in a few weeks to see some family, maybe I'll just stay there.

Yeh, well if you want to know about the set-up for real fascism in the US, you should read Naomi Wolf's book The End of America.

From Wiki:

In The End of America: A Letter of Warning to a Young Patriot (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_End_of_America:_A_Letter_of_Warning_to_a_Young _Patriot), Wolf takes a historical look at the rise of fascism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fascism), outlining the 10 steps necessary for a fascist group (or government) to destroy the democratic character of a nation-state and subvert the social/political liberty previously exercised by its citizens:

Invoke a terrifying internal and external enemy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Culture_of_fear).
Create secret prisons (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gulag) where torture takes place.
Develop a thug caste (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caste) or paramilitary force (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Private_military_company) not answerable to citizens.
Set up an internal surveillance (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mass_surveillance) system.
Harass citizens' groups (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_sphere).
Engage in arbitrary detention (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arbitrary_arrest_and_detention) and release.
Target key individuals (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Purge).
Control the press (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freedom_of_the_press).
Treat all political dissidents (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_dissent) as traitors (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treason).
Suspend the rule of law (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rule_of_law).[25] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naomi_Wolf#cite_note-24)

The book details how this pattern was implemented in Nazi Germany (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nazi_Germany), Fascist Italy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingdom_of_Italy_(1861%E2%80%931946)), and elsewhere, and analyzes its emergence and application in American political affairs since the September 11 attacks (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/September_11_attacks).[26] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naomi_Wolf#cite_note-25)[27 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naomi_Wolf#cite_note-tws06dec26-26)
