I know . .its seriously old tech, but this engine has never been fired up, and after seriously considering dumping what I assumed was a seized engine , I discovered ,after refocusing my attention to it , that it was in fact only placed roughly on its bearers and that the flywheel was jammed on the bearers !
..anyway, after some reflection I got to thinking A, never had salt water in it !
B comes with stern tube , greaser, prop , all anciliaries !
C could it be 'modernized' electronic ignition etc ?
D Heat exchanger ..extra raw water pump?
then I started getting really ambitious . .perhaps a jacketed exhaust to discharge the raw water and cool the 'dry exhaust'
..any thoughts . .
