    Fear in an age of internet

    I've been musing, a lot, over the last year or so about how the internet draws people into conflict. It's so fast, the news passing at the speed of electrons, we don't have the chance to sit back and digest over a coffee or a beer.

    I think, at its worst, the WBF sings this song. It's so easy to type, and react, but it's much more difficult to sit and meditate on what is happening.

    Just a thought.

    Actually, I've seen more fights start over beers.

    Lots of steam on the forum. Lots of sparks and stink. I think it's more an outlet for hostility than a source of it.

      Ehhh. These guys are all talk. Some of the ones who talk the most go sailing the least.

      Not all of us, though.
