Ronald F. G. Strange shown aboard the Merrythought, late 1930's. Also tried to show a newspaper clipping of my father, Ronald Strange, and Uncle, Clifford Strange, both of Toronto at the time. They bought sister 1373ships, Aggie and Merrythought. I could not upload it. But, it stated that both ships were lost in 1938, piling up on the piers, New York, during a storm.

Did you save it as a jpeg and try to attach it as you did the small pic? You may have to save it to a Photobucket (or other) account and upload it from there.

As to the thread.... is this a continuation of another thread or did you have a question?

Welcome to the Forum!

That 1938 storm might have been the infamous hurricane which devastated New England. They didn't name hurricanes back then.
