Must be visible for two miles now. The old one mile rule might be ok for those.

Her dress was truly fugly. Her shoes were simply in for a penny, in for a pound. :-)

BTW, saw her movie The King's Speech yesterday, superb. She, Rush, and Firth were uniformly excellent.

I think she should get an Oscar nod for being The Red Queen in Alice though- gloriously over the top in a Bette Davis way.

Helena Bonham-Carter has been on the receiving end of more "worst dressed actress/celebrity/whatever" awards than anyone else, ever; this started when she knew no better and for many years now she has done it on purpose...

I posted that on FB. Should have done the same here. I think it's kinda funny.

I remember when my daughter was about 4 or 5 and used to wear two diff. socks, matched to the colors of the outfit of course, but different nontheless.
