I wish ALL plans came out on that vellum stuff!! the usual paper ones tend not to last all that long specially when folded and opened a few times or even rolled and then opened a half dozen times for droolin over...
So you biddin mate? Doesnt mention the offsets does it? buggah eh! ;)
Seems like a rip off. It's reproduced from a book.
Cool looking boat however. A 23 footer displacing 4.5 long tons. Not exacctly a trailer sailer

This is not a cheap copy of any sort but an amazingly precise original ink on vellum drawing plotted by real ink pens on an old pen plotter after being painstakingly redesigned from scratch on the computer by a professional architect. The result are real drawn lines just like an old school handmade drawing.puh-leeeze!

20 years ago I was sending files from an AT on this same desk at home to a pen plotter across town via a 2400 baud modem and remote control software. Was I ahead of my time? For 10 years before that, I was making "old school" drawings with pens in my hand on film. Was I behind the times? In all these years, the only pen plotter I have ever had in an office where I worked was on Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
It seems that Ebay has spawned a whole group of people speaking an entirely new language. Who are the gullible folks falling for this stuff?
End of rant.

C'mon guys. Cut this character some slack. The design is public domain from a good source and he's made the effort to re-draw a pretty little boat and reproduce it with some accuracy. He's not claiming you could build from it - he describes it as a "collectable" and as "frame-able". They're not plans, they're art. Why shouldn't he make a few bucks? $35 isn't a lot of money for a nice looking wall decoration. I've seen pictures on velvet of dogs playing poker with circus clowns that went for more than that. As for his language - that's just the way things are on e-bay. Hyperbole is the new understatement.

Amazing Ink on Vellum Sailplan (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=14055&item=6524237661&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW)
looks like someone dusted off an old plotter and is trying to see if he can make some money playing with it.
Edited to add:
Yep
If anyone is interested in having such a drawing produced from his own yacht please do not hesitate to contact me.

FYI, this guy want approx $1000 to reproduce the lines for anyones boat. Evidently the profile and sailplan even take longer to produce... so would cost more.
