Theres a table of offsets for this design in the front of the 50 wooden boats design catalog and I was wondering if anyone knew what the displcement was on this boat?

I'll take that as a no. Has anyone here ever built it before I thought it would be good weekend project and would make a nice tender.

Siberian....
Arctic Tern, heavy-displacement power cruisers, tenders... You seem to be banging around to every concievable avenue here. What are you really looking for? A boat, or a project?
As for the irreducible, it doesn't seem like a particularly good candidate for either. There are plenty of other small boat designs out there that have a bounty of info available on their construction and performance. Pick anything by Joel White, or Iain Oughtred, for example.
