We had this discussion before. As I remember (not totally reliable due to my recuring C.R.S.), the consensus on plans was "FUHGETABOUTIT".

you might want to give a look to this thread of a couple years ago: Folkboat plans (http://media5.hypernet.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=2;t=001456)
lots of other folkboat talking, just use the search option in this forum.
If you cant find the plans for the folkboat you could even want to look into similar designs like the Al Mason " Ostkust (http://www.dngoodchild.com/5168.htm) ":

(sorry for the big pic  )
his daughter Anita posts in this forum too, she has a website but it seems down for me at the moment ( http://www.a-mason-na.com/ydlib3.html ).
Or you can go to check the East Anglian (http://www.ybw.com/cb/anglian.html) and the Stella (http://www.ybw.com/cb/stella.html)

This is the best I can do for quick Folkboat drawing. It has been posted here before how to get plans so do a search.

hey Noah, hows yours doing?
I still pass in front of Woodwind yachts and have real difficulties not to stop :( and just get one.
Now with Photoshop everyone can superimpose the two boats and check every lil difference :D
