Just a couple of pics showing how Bart is coming along.

I steamed the Angelquie keel and thanks again to all for the help and suggestions.

The Inner Chines and Centerboard case are only dry fitted at this point. I will take things apart and seal with cpes. Paint the inside of the case and install everthing including centerboard trim with screws, bedding compound, epoxy etc. Then install the Transom,Gunwales, and the plywood sides and bottom.

My plan is to make the Transom out of solid wood 3/4" thick and no wider than 6". The Centerboard case is thru bolted with 7-
2 1/2" silicon bronze bolts on each side.

I'm thinking of coating the inside of the centerboard case with 3 coats of cpes and then using a high quality paint.

This is my first boat and all comments and suggestions are welcome.

You all have been a great help to me in this project so far.
Since this design of Anita's Father has never been built before I would like to do it right!!! Anita's Dad and Bart deserve it.

Thanks Darrel

Well Oyster, I supported the frames to the strong back and steamed the Keel for 1 1/2hr. It bent very easily over the frames. The Keel seemed to get very stiff once it was almost to the right shape. I don't no if it was starting to cool off that caused this. I suspect it was due to the fact that I was trying to bend a very short piece at that point seeing as the keel was supported by all the frames. Does that make any sense.
