Altho you can't really see it in this photo, there are occasional white geysers of spray over the breakwater from this little winter storm. A few diehard crabbers are out pulling their pots in small boats and enjoying mr. Toads wild ride. I doubled the dock lines earlier on Snoose, and now I'm just enjoying the show from this easychair. Yes I know the deck needs scraping and painting, but this Macallans also needs drinking. I think scotch was pretty much invented for watching winter storms from an easychair.

Ron, if that's Magnolia Bluff, and what else could it be, I can see your house from my house I also see Elliott Bay Marina and all the whitecaps. Went down and checked all my lines. Windy on the lake.

Zaya now. Thanks Chuck!

Is there anything better than taking it easy with a nice glass of scotch?

I must say, it works pretty well as a reward whilst studying as well!

Sorry Lew. It's Sunset hill in Ballard and the marina is Shilshole.

Pretty lame on my part :o Same sea though!

I did see the spume going over the sea wall into EB Marina. If anything, it's more exposed but it probably makes little difference. You do see the traffic out of the locks which I miss.
