I am going to build a hard top for my 1947 Harkers Island Boat and am looking to see if there are any plans out there. It now looks like a lobster boat with no top. Just a small two or three window hard top.

Make a detailed drawing of your boat and make some photo copies of it. Try drawing in various tops to see what looks the best. If you do it to scale you will wind up with plans all your own. smile.gif

I have some experience adding a hard top.

As Nelson said, start with making a scale drawing and draw what you think you want, when your happy with the look, make a mock-up out of cheap luan plywood and fit it directly to your boat, when your happy with the look and size, you can knock down the mock-up and use it for a template. I built mine stitch and glue and designed the top to be removable in a matter of minutes.
