All the information I recived when I asked about fliping the boat over was
very helpful. I used a 4'' heavy walled PVC pipe resting up in the beams
of the roof rafters, ran a rope over it and down around the stern, the bow
was suported by an hydraulic engine jack. Then slowly turned the boat over by hand
the rope slid over the pipe easily. When the boat was right side up I
attached a come-along to the roof and down to the stern of the boat and
detached the rope then lowered the boat on to its cradle. That will be all
the work for this season, we will be heading south in three weeks. When I
return in June I will start work on the deck, windshild, engine and inside.
I am sure to have a lot more questions. Thanks Curt
