Looking for fishing boat plans.

I am a representative of an child organization without any profit. We have small workshop. Our organization is worked in children's technical education. 36 Children from 12 till 16 years are engaged in our organization. We train children to work with metal and timber. We need the simple boat plans for easy built. We are interested plans for plywood boats. We decided to build a boat (up to 18') from the donation money. I want to ask you to donate boat plans with full size patterns for our organization. Please consider it seriously.
I shall be grateful for any your help. Sorry for my awful English.

Andrei...welcome. Your English is much better than my Russian. The boatbuilders here will help you find the right plans, and I'd be happy to organize the donation. Tell us about the water you will fish in, and your type of fishing.

Will you be able to get a motor, inboard, outboard, something else?

Where in Russia are you located? What kind of materials are available to you? Are there people in your group that have boat building experience?
